Your retreat booking is confirmed once you make a partial or full payment. We do send you a confirmation email for your records.

When you book your airfare, if needed, we recommend you purchase refundable air travel and secure travel insurance for your airfare and retreat. With today’s environment and life’s unexpected issues, that gives you a better level of safety.

Please notify us in writing of any conditions we should be aware of to ensure a safe retreat for you whether that be a health condition, disability, etc. It is your responsibility to coordinate with your medical doctor regarding your health. Your health and safety is important to us.

During a retreat, photos and/or video may be taken by participants as well as BIND. Unless specifically requested, these images may be posted on social media or used in BIND Community marketing materials.

If you are unhappy during any program, please speak with us immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns. You are free to leave at any time, and a full or partial refund will be given based on the circumstances and at the discretion of the BIND Leadership. Our goal is for you to have a wonderful experience, and we want you to be happy!

If any participant is disruptive to the group dynamic, or engages in behavior that is unsafe to themselves or the group, they may be asked to leave the program immediately and a full or partial refund may be given based on circumstances at the sole discretion of the BIND Leadership.
