BIND Community volunteered at Wild Life 30A Nature Adventure School. This faith based camp helps young people learn and grow in a natural outdoor setting. Tom and Kim taught insect entomology, fishing basics, and the ancient art of gyotaku fish printing.
Tom and Kim Ryan hosted a special mini-workshop for young women who are ready to launch their own business and ministry. Ashley and Sara have been partnering with us for several years. We worked together to craft mission statements and outline business plans. These women are going places!
Tom and Kim Ryan facilitated a Couples Night of Prayer & Worship in South Carolina. This event allowed a men’s small group to host a dinner to include wives and share how meeting together weekly is helping them be better at work and at home.
Tom was the Featured speaker at the “Made For This” Men’s conference hosted by Chapin Presbyterian Church (SC). Tom used the BIND Community curriculum to help equip men for leading in this new season.

Tom and Kim Ryan used the BIND Community curriculum to help young professionals navigate the challenges of new career opportunities and life changes in a post-pandemic world. We blended practical marketplace leadership practices with spiritual wisdom. We utilized tools like the ‘Gallup StrengthFinders Top 5 assessment’ and the ‘Lead. Develop. Care.’ strategies to support and edify how God has designed us.

Our first major fundraising event featured Grammy Award Winner Mike Farris at The Farm at Ridgeway. Catered by Southern Way, it was a must-attend event. We shared the vision of how we are Strengthening the Bond through the programs of BIND Community.

Our Empty Nesters getaway was an intimate weekend with our couples enjoying their new season of life. The Skybox Cabin in Wolf Laurel, NC with such beautiful mountain views added to the wonder of this time together.

Our retreat at Natural Bridge was a resounding success! Couples enjoyed the great food and amenities of the hotel. Our BIND sessions were candid, deep, and spirit-filled. We kayaked the cool, clear waters on the Jackson River and enjoyed local attractions. We hiked Natural Bridge and toured a local winery.
